Everything I could find around this issue pointed towards it being a bug in the Windows Phone storage management, rather than in RSS Central. Have any of the recent WP updates (GDR2 and GDR3) made this better for people?

Agreed... my WP8 install is currently at 500MB of storage used.

I'd actually alter this suggestion to "Support non-touch input methods" meaning both mouse wheel and keyboard shortcuts (F5 for refresh, Up/Down/Tab for navigation, etc.). Obviously this applies to W8 app, not WP8 version.

I'd love to see this as well, and while I know that Feedly is a popular Google Reader backend replacement these days, it still requires a Google logon. I would prefer/recommend a solution that doesn't lock us into using Google.

SkyDrive and Microsoft Account seem like an obvious solution considering RSS Central is currently a Windows-only app.
